Well that is basically has been the story of my life for the last few years. My life has changed dramatically over the last few years, and although, at times,it has been a major struggle, I am slowly getting there.
After a difficult divorce in 2009, three years ago I got a second chance at love! I have watched my boys mature into wonderful loving young men, and I put myself back behind a school desk, and qualified (again) as a nurse. (My South African qualifications were not recognised in Finland). I am back where I started as far as careers goes, following my passion as a nurse, and have secured a permanent job, community nursing with the aged on the island. And along the way, I have discovered many new talents and have had great fun discovering them. I have found a love for decorating, re purposing, refinishing and building furniture. Recently I bought myself a camera, and although I am still completely USELESS, I am having fun learning to work it.
So in short.... in my new blog, I am aim to share snippets of my life with you.
